Article 1. General
The Domaine des Rueyres is a simple company in 1071 Chexbres. These general conditions of sale (hereinafter GTC) apply to all the services of the Domain.
Article 2. Definition and acceptance
These general conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law. By the sole fact of validating his order on the site, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted without reservation the terms of these GTC, which are applicable in their terms on the day of the subscription according to their wording on the site. However, they may be subject to modifications.
Article 3. Order

Article 4. Subscription to the box
The subscription consists of the shipment, every two calendar months, of a "Box of Domaine wines".
Two subscriptions are possible for periods of six (6) or twelve (12) months with 3 bottles for each period. Since the boxes contain alcohol, minors cannot take out a subscription to La Box du Domaine. The order for the subscription to the La Box du Domaine subscription is made via the website www.domainedesrueyres.ch The boxes of the Domaine are sent at the beginning of June, August, October, December February and April With postal delivery, the average delivery time varies between 2 and 5 days after the date of dispatch, depending on your place of residence.
Article 5. Unsubscribe
Unsubscription is possible at any time without conditions.
Unsubscription occurs automatically for the next box.
Article 6. Price
The prices of the products are indicated inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Article 7. Payment
Payment is made by credit card or by invoice.
Payment can be made in two ways, either by paying for the entire subscription in one go, or by paying twice a month, upon receipt of the box. The payments made will be secured by a data encryption procedure in order to avoid the interception of this information by a third party.
In accordance with the regulations in force, the bank details of customers are not kept or recorded by the Domaine des Rueyres.
Article 8. DeliveryDelivery takes place in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For delivery abroad, the customer will contact Domaine des Rueyres to request it.
The products will be delivered or sent to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering. This period is given as an indication and is not guaranteed by the service provider. The Domaine des Rueyres cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
Anomaly on delivery. The customer must check the shipments on arrival, or even refuse the package, if it appears to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration. In the event of anomalies, he must notify the Domaine des Rueyres within five (5) working days of delivery of the products. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account.
Address change. In the event of a change of address, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the Domaine des Rueyres.
The Domaine des Rueyres cannot be held responsible for delay or lack of delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as accident, strike, war, natural disaster or others which prevent the production, transport or delivery of products.
Article 9. Data protection
The personal data recorded on the site www.domainedesrueyres.ch remains with the Domaine des Rueyres, which can use the data for information, promotions, news or to improve the services that may be offered to you.
Article 10. Guarantee
The Domaine des Rueyres guarantees the quality of the products sold, the preparation of which the greatest care is taken. However, it cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind that may result from the misuse of the products. In the event of a corky taste and / or other defect in the wine, the customer will contact the Domaine des Rueyres. The latter will decide on the procedure adopted on a case-by-case basis.
Article 11. Disputes
Only Swiss law is applicable. For natural persons, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne. For legal persons, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Chexbres.
